1. Products

Our items are handcrafted leather earrings and belts. Please note that actual product colours may differ slightly from what appears on your screen.
 

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before processing.

• Payments are securely processed via Yoco.

• We do not store any of your payment information.
   

3. Shipping

• We currently ship within South Africa only.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.
   

4. Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or refunds due to hygiene reasons.

• Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • The request is made within 7 days

  • The reason is valid (e.g., colour differs from expectations)

Examples:

• You received a different item than ordered

• Colour variation between screen and actual item

Shipping for exchanges is at your own cost unless we made an error.
